Description

This machine is specially designed for the assembly of prismatic battery packs. Its function is to compress the battery pack composed of multiple prismatic cells to a certain length, and test the length and pressure in real time during the compression process.
The final compression length and pressure of the battery pack are set in advance, and then the machine can fully automatically compress the battery pack. When the length or pressure of the battery pack reaches the preset value, the machine will end the compression process.
The machine also with function of side pressing and belt fitting.
The side pressing function can make the prismatic batteries arranged neatly.
The belt fitting function can automatic lift up the bottom belt to the battery.
