XW-PC15 prismatic battery cell stack and compress machine is designed for lithium prismatic battery module and pack assembly. It compresses stacked prismatic cells to a preset length or pressure, while monitoring compression force and pack length in real time during the assembly process.

The machine is suitable for prismatic LFP battery modules, energy storage battery packs, EV battery modules and customized lithium battery pack production. It helps keep cells aligned, controls module compression consistency and prepares the battery stack for the next process such as fixture locking, busbar assembly or laser welding.

Machine Function

The operator can set the target compression length and pressure in advance. After loading the prismatic cells, the machine automatically compresses the battery stack. When the preset length or pressure is reached, the compression process stops automatically.

XW-PC15 also supports side pressing and belt fitting. The side pressing function helps arrange prismatic cells neatly, while the belt fitting function can lift the bottom belt to the battery stack for a more efficient module assembly process.
