XW-CCD43 CCD Cylindrical Cell Polarity Inspection Machine is designed to inspect cylindrical battery pack polarity before spot welding and final pack assembly. The CCD visual inspection system checks whether the positive and negative poles of cylindrical cells are reversed, whether cell positions are misplaced, and whether the battery pack direction is wrong.
This semi-automatic version is suitable for workshops where operators manually load and unload the cylindrical battery pack and start the inspection process. It is practical for pack assembly lines, repair workshops and small to medium production where polarity confirmation is needed before spot welding.
Why CCD Polarity Inspection Is Needed
In cylindrical battery pack production, wrong cell polarity can cause serious welding defects, short circuit risk and rework. CCD inspection uses camera vision to compare the actual positive and negative pole arrangement with the sample plate or programmed standard, then quickly outputs an OK or NG result and marks the NG position for confirmation before the pack enters spot welding.
Machine Function
The camera collects positive and negative pole data from the cylindrical cells and compares the number and position of the poles with the preset battery pack layout. If the cell polarity, cell position or pack direction is abnormal, the system gives an alarm and marks the NG position, helping operators correct the problem before welding.

Semi-Automatic Inspection Mode
The XW-CCD43 supports manual loading and unloading with manual start detection. After the pack is placed in the inspection area, the operator starts the detection process, and the system checks the cylindrical cell polarity arrangement against the programmed standard.
