XW-48V50A Battery Pack Charge and Discharge Aging Cycle Machine is used for lithium battery pack charge-discharge cycle testing, aging treatment, capacity verification and shipment quality control. It simulates real charging and discharging conditions and records voltage, current, capacity and cycle data during battery pack testing.
This model is designed for 48V battery packs with 50A current. It is suitable for energy storage packs, light electric vehicle battery packs, power tool packs, industrial lithium battery packs and customized battery production projects.
Machine Function
The XW-48V50A controls charging and discharging according to preset test steps. It can run constant current charge, constant voltage charge, constant current discharge, cycle aging and capacity testing, while the software records test data and generates reports for quality analysis.

System Structure
The testing system includes upper computer software, middle computer control, bidirectional AC/DC conversion and bidirectional DC/DC control. During charging, the system draws power from the grid and charges the battery pack. During discharging, the energy regenerative module feeds energy back to the grid to improve energy efficiency.

Software and Data Management
The upper computer software supports device start, stop, pause, test step editing, channel monitoring, data collection and report export. Operators can view channel status, compare curves and export test data to CSV or Excel for battery quality analysis.
