- General Details
- Parameters
XW-100V100A battery pack charge and discharge aging cycle machine is used for lithium battery pack cycle testing, capacity testing and aging treatment. It supports controlled charge and discharge processes to evaluate battery pack capacity, voltage curve, current response, durability and safety performance.
This machine is suitable for battery pack manufacturers, energy storage pack production, EV module testing, e-bike battery pack testing, industrial lithium battery testing and battery R&D laboratories. The 100V 100A configuration is practical for medium-voltage battery pack testing and production quality control.
Machine Function
The battery pack charge and discharge aging machine simulates real battery operating conditions through long-term charge and discharge cycle tests. During testing, the system controls voltage and current according to the set process and records test data such as voltage, current, capacity, energy and cycle results.
The software can generate battery aging curves, performance reports and detailed process records. This helps users evaluate battery pack consistency, capacity retention, charge-discharge performance and possible quality problems before shipment.
System Structure
- Upper computer: provides human-machine interaction for device startup, shutdown, pause, sequencing, data collection, processing and result output.
- Middle computer: manages device control and calculates battery test data such as capacity and electric quantity.
- Bi-directional AC/DC and isolated DC/DC: supports charging from the grid and feeds discharge energy back to the grid.
- Bi-directional DC/DC Buck/Boost: outputs the required voltage and current for constant-current charge, constant-voltage charge and constant-current discharge.
