Sodium Vanadate Phosphate (Na₃V₂(PO₄)₃, abbreviated as NVP) is a high-performance cathode material widely used in sodium-ion batteries. It features high specific capacity, excellent rate performance, and a long cycle life. The theoretical capacity of NVP can reach 117.6 mAh/g, corresponding to a voltage plateau of 3.4 V (relative to the metallic Na electrode), which makes it very suitable for large-scale sodium-ion energy storage technologies.
1)Dual Coating & Versatile Adaptation: Available in single-sided and double-sided coating options, flexibly matching different structural designs and performance needs of sodium-ion batteries.
2)Battery-Grade Quality & Mass Production: Complies with strict battery-grade standards for stable electrochemical performance, and supports large-scale mass production to meet bulk manufacturing demands of enterprises.
3)High Customization Flexibility: Offers tailored adjustments for core parameters (coating thickness, sheet size, areal weight) to fit specific sodium-ion battery design and production line requirements.

Batteries with NVP as the cathode have a high energy density (over 280Wh/kg), suitable for high-energy-demand applications like electric vehicles. It may react with CO₂ and H₂O during charging, so it needs to be stored in a dry and low-humidity environment to avoid performance degradation.
- Enhanced Battery Life: Reduces delamination risks during cycling.
- Process Compatibility: Suitable for slurry coating, calendering, and stacking.
- Quality Consistency: Strict ±1μm tolerance control for industrial-scale production.
