Prismatic Lithium Battery Module and Pack production line is a customized production line for prismatic lithium battery module testing, assembly, welding and pack assembly. The original project document covers line design, configuration, parameters, installation, commissioning, training, acceptance and after-sales service.
The example project is based on a 314Ah prismatic battery cell with cell dimensions of 174 x 72 x 207 mm and weight of about 5.43 kg. Example module and pack structures include 1P8S, 1P16S, 2P8S and 2P8S double-row battery pack formats. Final configuration should be confirmed according to the customer’s cell, module and pack drawings.
Production Line Function
The line is mainly used to complete prismatic lithium battery module and pack assembly. According to the original process description, the workflow can include:
- Manual cell feeding

- Manual stacking of cells onto tooling pallet

No. The line is customized according to cell size, module structure, welding process, output requirement and workshop layout.
Can the line support 314Ah prismatic cells?
Yes. The original example uses a 314Ah prismatic cell, but the final tooling, compression and welding configuration should be confirmed according to actual cell drawings.
