Product Introduction
MPP Microporous Foaming Material, also known as Microporous Foamed Polypropylene, is a new type of material that forms tiny internal bubbles through a special process. Its unique microporous structure (cell diameter: 0.1~50 microns, cell density: 10⁷~10⁹ per cm³) endows it with excellent comprehensive performance. Compared with unfoamed materials, its overall density can be reduced by 5%-95%, while maintaining high impact strength, good toughness and specific strength. The preparation process is green, environmentally friendly and odorless, with no chemical residues, complying with international environmental requirements. It is widely used in fields requiring lightweight design, such as new energy, electronics, automotive and packaging.
