Lab Pouch Cell Battery Electrode Roll To Roll Roller Film Coater is a compact continuous coating machine for pouch cell electrode preparation. The original XW-TB300 description states that it uses comma knife three-roll reverse coating and supports both continuous and intermittent coating modes.
The system integrates unwinding, slurry feeding, coating blade, baking oven and final electrode winding. It can coat electrode sheets up to 180 mm wide and 500 m long, making it suitable for pouch cell cathode and anode laboratory research.
