BTS50-05-60 Battery Pack General Comprehensive Testing Machine is a battery pack comprehensive testing machine used to quickly and accurately check the performance of finished lithium battery packs. It is designed for battery pack production, quality inspection and research testing where open circuit voltage, internal resistance, discharge, charge and protection functions need to be confirmed before shipment.
This model keeps the original BTS testing functions and is suitable for battery packs that require a maximum test voltage of 50V, maximum charge current of 5A and maximum discharge current of 60A. The machine helps manufacturers verify finished pack consistency, BMS protection behavior and load performance in one testing process.
