The battery Pack general comprehensive testing machine is a device that quickly and accurately tests the performance of the finished battery pack. The main test items are: open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, discharge test, discharge over current test, short circuit protection test, charge test, and charge protection test.The system adopts 32-bit ARM processor, and the voltage and current testing adopt 16-bit AD converter. Compared with similar devices, the test speed is fast, the test accuracy is high, and multiple devices are supported for simultaneous operation. Widely used in automotive electronics, aerospace, marine, solar energy storage, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, backup power batteries, communication power supply and other power battery production and scientific research experiments.

Testing function:
1. Open circuit voltage: Test the open circuit voltage between positive and negative of battery.
2. AC internal resistance: Test resistance between both ends of the battery in discharge circuit.
3. Discharge test: Test battery’s continuous load capacity, let the battery continue to discharge for a certain period of time to check the voltage drop.
4. Discharge overcurrent test: Test battery high current discharge protection function, battery high current discharge triggers battery protection board discharge overcurrent protection function.
5. Short circuit protection: Test battery positive and negative short battery cut protection time.
6. Charging test: Test the battery continuous charging function and test whether the battery charging function is good.
7. Charging overcurrent test: Test battery high current charging protection function, battery high current charging triggers battery protection board charging current protection function.
