XW-BSP08 8 Channel Automatic Prismatic Cell Sorting Machine is used for prismatic cell OCV and internal resistance testing, then automatically sorts cells into different channels according to the preset voltage and IR ranges. It helps battery pack manufacturers match cells before prismatic module assembly.
Machine Function
The battery is placed onto the conveyor and transported to the test position. The test probes contact the positive and negative terminals, the tester reads voltage and internal resistance, and the controller sends the result to the sorting system. The robot then picks and places cells into different channels according to the programmed sorting ranges.
