XW-4020 PVC Heat Shrink Machine for Battery Pack Packing is used for PVC heat shrink packing after cylindrical battery pack assembly. After the battery pack has been assembled through cell sorting, spot welding and related processes, the heat shrink film or sleeve is placed on the pack and heated so it wraps tightly around the outside of the battery pack.
This process helps insulate the battery pack from the outside environment, improves safety, and gives the finished pack a cleaner appearance. It also helps provide wear resistance, waterproofing and moisture protection for battery pack handling and delivery.
