Pouch Cell Battery Compact Heating Sealer for Aluminum-Laminated Films is used to seal pouch cell cases during polymer lithium-ion cell preparation. The original XW-CFJ200 description states that it adopts a soft sealing bar, with copper at the bottom and aluminum plus silicone rubber on top, allowing both top and side sealing.
It prepares pouch cells for electrolyte injection by sealing the side and top of the pouch cell with tabs.
