Lab Lithium Battery Electrode Roll To Roll Roller Film Coater is a compact continuous coating machine for battery electrode sheets in research laboratories. The original XW-TB300 description states that it uses comma knife and three-roll reverse coating, with continuous and intermittent coating modes.
It integrates unwinding, slurry feeding, coating blade, baking oven and final electrode winding. It can coat electrode sheets up to 180 mm wide and 500 m long, making it suitable for LFP, LCO, LMO, NCM cathode systems and anode coating research.
