XWELL recently completed the pre-shipment preparation and packing of a laboratory battery equipment order for a customer in Algeria. The shipment includes several lab-scale machines used for battery material preparation, electrode processing, cylindrical cell assembly and battery research workflows.
Laboratory battery equipment is widely used by universities, battery R&D centers, pilot production teams and small battery pack development labs. For overseas customers, compact equipment, stable operation and careful packing are especially important because the machines need to arrive safely and be ready for installation and testing.
Equipment Prepared for Shipment
The shipment includes a set of battery laboratory machines and accessories for coin/cylindrical cell research and electrode processing. The main equipment covers a cylindrical cell sealing machine, rolling press machine, digital micrometer, tabletop electrode die cutting machine, semi-automatic electrode die cutting machine and manual linear winding machine.

The rolling press machine is designed for battery electrode calendering and material thickness control in laboratory-scale production. Before packing, the machine surface, rollers, control panel and accessories were checked to support smooth use after delivery.
Pre-Shipment Inspection and Accessory Check
Before the machines were packed, XWELL checked the appearance, main functions and included accessories. For laboratory equipment, small parts such as moulds, micrometers, plates, tools and fixtures are just as important as the main machine body. A complete accessory check helps customers reduce installation time after receiving the shipment.

The equipment set supports several key steps in battery laboratory work, including electrode cutting, pressing, winding and cell sealing. These processes are often used for battery material research, sample cell preparation and small-scale battery technology development.
Manual Winding and Lab-Scale Cell Assembly
The manual linear winding machine in this shipment is used for small-scale cell winding and assembly research. It gives battery labs a practical way to prepare sample cells and evaluate electrode materials, separator behavior and winding process parameters.

For customers building a laboratory battery line, flexible equipment is valuable because different cell designs and research projects may require frequent process adjustment. Compact lab machines help teams test materials and process ideas before moving to pilot or larger-scale battery production.
Protective Packing for Delivery to Algeria
After inspection, the machines were packed in protective wooden cases for overseas delivery. The packing process focused on machine stability, accessory protection and safe handling during transport. Labels and shipment details were checked internally, while private customer information is not shown in public materials.
