Fully Automatic Conveyor Battery Pack Spot Welding Machine is designed for cylindrical lithium battery pack nickel strip spot welding and assembly. It is suitable for 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650 and similar cylindrical cell packs used in e-bike batteries, scooters, power tool packs, energy storage modules and customized battery pack production.
This conveyor type version combines automatic pack transfer and double-side spot welding, making it suitable for repeated pack models and higher production rhythm.
Machine Function
The machine is based on a microcomputer automatic processing platform. Compared with manual spot welding, automatic welding improves welding position accuracy, welding consistency and production efficiency. It supports programmable welding paths for different cylindrical battery pack layouts.
