Product Overview
- This product is an aqueous dispersion liquid obtained by concentrating the dispersion of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene to a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solid content of about 60% (by weight), stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It features outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation properties that are not affected by temperature or frequency. In addition, it has characteristics such as non-adhesion, water repellency and non-flammability.It has been performance-optimized for battery and capacitor products: it does not agglomerate when mixed into slurry, has good fluidity and stable quality, and delivers better pole piece forming results, which is more conducive to production control. At the same time, it is also suitable for the manufacturing of high-quality nickel-hydrogen battery negative electrodes and sintered battery manufacturing. It has a noticeable effect on improving the battery’s voltage platform and high-current discharge performance.
