Guangdong Xwell Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the successful completion and shipment of a batch of equipment to Spain. The order includes a range of advanced battery production equipment designed to enhance the customer’s battery manufacturing capabilities.
The shipped equipment includes:
- Cell Grading Machine: Model XW-5V6A512CH, featuring 512 channels, capable of processing 128 pieces of 32700-type cells per hour.
- Cell Sticking Machine: Model MD-BSM, capable of processing 3,000 pieces of 32700-type cells per hour, equipped with a connection structure to the sorting machine.
- Cell Sorting Machine: Model MD-BS11, featuring 11 channels, capable of processing 3,000 pieces of 32700-type cells per hour.
- Gantry Manual Spot Welding Machine: Model MD-MND8000, with a worktable size of 800*600mm, capable of welding 250-500 cells per hour.
- Double Side Spot Welding Machine: Model MD-ADW, with a welding size of 500*400mm, capable of processing 5,000-7,000 cells per hour.
- CCD Inspection Machine: Model XW-CCD43C, with an inspection size of 400*300mm, capable of inspecting 3,000 cells per hour.
- BMS Tester: Model PBTS24-120, supporting 1-24 series, capable of testing 60 BMS units per hour.
- Battery Comprehensive Tester: Model BTS100-20-120, supporting 100V voltage, capable of testing 50-100 battery packs per hour.
- PVC Shrink Machine: Model MD-4020, with a maximum load of 5kg, capable of processing 60 battery packs per hour.
- Nickel Cutting Machine: Model XW-100, capable of cutting 3,000 nickel pieces per hour.
Additionally, Guangdong Xwell Technology will dispatch two technicians to Spain for a 7-day on-site commissioning and training session to ensure the customer can operate and maintain the equipment smoothly.
