XW-LG6000W prismatic battery gantry galvo type continuous fiber laser welding machine is designed for lithium prismatic battery module and pack production. It uses continuous fiber laser welding with gantry motion and galvo scanning to weld aluminum busbars, copper busbars, battery terminals and module connection parts.

Laser welding is a non-contact welding process. The high-energy laser beam melts the material surface and forms a stable weld after cooling and crystallization. In prismatic battery pack production, this process is widely used for busbar welding, terminal welding, sealing welding and battery module connection welding.

XW-LG6000W combines laser welding, motion control and PC-based operation in one machine. It can complete automatic or semi-automatic welding according to the battery module structure, busbar layout and welding path.
